About Me
Hey, I’m Tyler, and here’s a little about me! Work-wise, I started as a dynamicist at Northrop Grumman in 2020 and spent about two and a half years there. After that, I joined Rocket Lab as a structural analyst from early 2023 to late 2024. All in all, I’ve got a little over 4 years of experience working on spacecrafts ranging from the size of a refrigerator to as big as a tennis court! If I had to sum up my experience, it boils down to two main things: analysis and testing. Take a peek at my portfolio to see more of what I’ve worked on!
Now for life outside of work! As you can probably tell from the photos, I love traveling—especially when it involves soaking up beautiful nature and culture. A few of my favorite places so far? Hakone in Japan, Interlaken in Switzerland, and Lake Tahoe in California.
Which leads into my next topic, I’m in the middle of a sabbatical! What am I up to? Well, I have a few personal goals I’ve been wanting to achieve. So far, I’ve checked off a few big ones: exploring Switzerland, watching a meteor shower, summiting Mt. Whitney, and running a half marathon. As for the future, Alaska and Japan are on the list—I’m chasing the nothern lights in Alaska and exploring all of Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa.
Oh, and I’m into photography! Check out my Instagram and some of my favorite shots in the gallery below. 🙂
